Municipal Alcohol Policies (MAP) Repository
A municipal alcohol policies (MAP) outlines the safe, appropriate use of alcohol on municipally-owned or managed property, places, spaces and events. Municipal policies support existing provincial alcohol policies, and reflect a local government’s perspective. Public health units work within their communities to develop and support the implementation of alcohol policies. The policies on this page can assist municipalities that wish to update or create a MAP for their community.
To submit a new or revised MAP please complete the Municipal Alcohol Policy Intake Form.
