- Investigating whether probiotics reduce ventilator associated pneumonia (the PROSPECT Trial).
- Investigating the prevalence of C. difficile colonization among patients admitted to hospital.
- Collaborating on a project defining the burden of vancomycin variable enterococcus bacteremia.
